I hired Alex for a pre-purchase inspection, and he did so much more than I've come to expect from a PPI. He was able to go look at the vehicle the morning after I called. He made the arrangement with the dealer himself. By the early afternoon that day I had loads of photos, a 3-page detailed report (including a summary table of positives and negatives), and a couple pages of diagnostic scan results. He then spent 45 minutes on the phone talking me through everything and answering my questions. He's very friendly, personable, and knowledgable. He's very good at explaining how specific components on a vehicle work, and what the possible implications could be down the line of any defects he finds. His PPI is a little bit more expensive than going through lemonsquad, but man it is worth every penny, and more. I honestly did not expect such great service for the price I paid. Highly recommended!

Alex is the best! Professional and knowledgable! He knows his stuff. He is an honest guy. For some reason my car wouldn't start. He thoroughly checked each and everything that could be wrong with it. He likes to fully communicate on what may have happened that lead up to the car not starting.
